We accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Phone Orders
We accept phone orders for all products listed in the online store. Due to contractual agreements some brands do not allow us to sell via the web.
For these products please call us at 732-222-4430 Monday through Saturday 12pm - 8pm EST and Sunday 12pm - 6pm EST.
Return Policy
Due to the limited availability of the stock we carry no refunds will be given. We do offer exchanges and store credit. We must first be contacted about the return and the item must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. All Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. All return and exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS within 48 hours of placing your order.
Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. All shipping charges will be calculated during checkout, and shipping charges vary based on weight and location. A tracking number will be provided once items have been shipped.
Overnight shipping, and 2nd day shipping are available but additional charges will apply.
International customers please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rare Breed Footwear nor UPS are responsible for customs/duties charges.
Rare Breed Footwear is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. And if any problems occur they are to be taken up with the shipping company.
